Candidates should possess over six years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a proven track record of leading teams or key projects effectively. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy is required. The ideal candidate is data-driven, bringing numerical insights to strategic decisions, and has excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully across various disciplines and business cases. Proficiency in English is essential, and additional language skills are advantageous.
