Growth Strategy Manager (French speaking)

The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets and ensuring that partners perform as expected, helping them grow within the platform. The Growth Strategy Manager will enhance overall company performance across different business units by defining and establishing new growth strategies to improve key business metrics. Responsibilities include implementing end-to-end solutions and high-impact projects, collaborating with teams across various markets, and reporting directly to the global growth direction. The role requires full ownership of decisions taken by the growth team in the assigned business line.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a proven track record of effectively leading teams or key projects. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy is required. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is a proactive problem-solver. Advanced proficiency in English is necessary, and knowledge of French is a plus.
