Growth Strategy Associate
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Growth Strategy Associate to drive its expansion within key Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets. This role involves collaborating with the APAC growth team to scale Fever's business model across the region, focusing on growth and marketing initiatives with partner portfolios.
The Growth Strategy Associate will be responsible for driving Fever's business plan in key APAC expansion areas by growing key partners, conducting market sizing analyses, prioritizing product initiatives, refining pricing, and developing revenue growth strategies. The role also includes advising strategic marketing partners on growth opportunities and best practices by leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology, defining and implementing growth strategies that impact key business metrics, creating and managing new business streams and workflows to enhance performance across various departments, and collaborating globally to execute growth initiatives across the partner portfolio.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth, analytical, or strategic business role, such as strategy consulting, technology, or investment banking. A bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or strategy is required. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who uses data to inform complex strategic and business decisions, possesses excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders, and is willing to challenge the status quo to generate high business impact in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese is advantageous. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
