Key responsibilities include managing independent projects within a business line, leading global initiatives that define the future of the entertainment industry, and enhancing company performance by developing new plans and events. The role also involves defining and implementing strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills, as well as creating and managing new projects such as business streams, workflows, and departmental growth. Collaboration with individuals and projects across different markets is essential, with a focus on developing new experiences in an international atmosphere spanning up to 40 countries.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a business analytics role is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with Spanish being a plus. Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms is advantageous. The ideal candidate is data-driven, capable of making strategic business decisions based on numbers, and has excellent interpersonal skills to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across teams and business cases. Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python is preferred, along with a proactive problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for opportunities.
