Growth Strategy Analyst (Portuguese Speaker)

The Growth Strategy Analyst (Portuguese Speaker) position at FeverUp is focused on supporting the company's international growth and expansion by identifying, analyzing, and executing strategies in Portuguese-speaking markets. Joining the Growth and Expansion team, you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. FeverUp is a global platform that curates and promotes unique local experiences, making this a pivotal role for the company's continued global presence and market penetration.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data trends, and providing actionable insights to drive user acquisition and retention in target markets. Your work will involve developing and optimizing growth initiatives, assisting in the launch of new events or products, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment. You will also help monitor the performance of existing offerings and propose improvements based on quantitative analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Portuguese and English, and have previous experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or business development. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL are required. A background in working with international and multicultural teams is considered a plus.
