Growth Performance Project Intern (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Growth Performance Project Intern to join its Growth Performance department in Nantes. This team leads strategic projects such as implementing new pricing models, launching products, optimizing sales processes, and integrating tools. The intern will collaborate with Sales, Growth, Finance, and Product teams to develop scalable solutions tailored to operational needs.
The intern's responsibilities include project management tasks like organizing teams, coordinating project phases, establishing new processes, and defining performance KPIs. Additionally, the role involves monitoring team performance through dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses with Data Analysts, and supporting teams and managers by addressing daily operational challenges.
Candidates should be business school students seeking a final-year internship or gap year experience, with an interest in project management or process optimization. Proficiency in English and French is required; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and proficiency in Excel are essential; familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Zuora, or SQL is advantageous.
