Onit is seeking a data-driven, high-ownership Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive performance across paid channels and serve as a strategic partner to our Integrated Campaign Managers. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic insight; owning paid media optimization, performance forecasting, and pipeline impact.
This role directly influences where we invest, how campaigns scale, and how pipeline grows. You will help shape the next phase of Onit’s growth as we redefine legal operations with AI.
