Fever is seeking a Growth Associate to join our New Business team, a pivotal role in driving our commercial strategy and managing high-impact partnerships across multiple markets. As part of the Growth team, you'll collaborate closely with General Managers to define and enhance negotiation strategies, analyze top-tier partner performance, and foster long-lasting, high-value collaborations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to Fever's mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment.

In this role, you will manage your assigned region or vertical end-to-end, overseeing open negotiations, evolving commercial conditions, and developing tailored partner value propositions. Your responsibilities will include evaluating partnership feasibility through demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and mutual value analysis. Additionally, you'll define and implement commercial strategies for each market, lead the preparation and alignment of commercial terms for strategic partnerships, and represent Fever in key negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes. Identifying opportunities to scale partnerships across new geographies and deepening existing alliances will also be key aspects of your day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics), Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related quantitative discipline. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic business development is required. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel modeling capabilities, and a proactive mindset are essential. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, along with professional fluency in English, are also necessary.
