Ideal candidates will possess over 10 years of experience in digital and growth marketing, with a strong proficiency in platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. A proven track record in leading senior teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders is essential. The role requires a highly analytical mindset, with expertise in performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-oriented decision-making. Exceptional communication skills are necessary for effectively leading meetings with partners and internal teams.
