Growth Marketing Associate

The Marketing Team, one of the largest at Fever, collaborates with various departments to design, develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive marketing campaigns that showcase the best experiences cities have to offer.
In this role, you will own and drive the full marketing strategy for exclusive experiences worldwide, including both partner events and our unique Fever Original events. Your responsibilities will encompass developing compelling and scalable marketing plans, launching and optimizing high-visibility performance marketing campaigns across social channels like Facebook and Instagram, and managing regional P&L with large-scale marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content will be essential to provide strategic direction for campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with Facebook ads and other social paid platforms. A solid academic background in business or a related discipline is required, along with a native or bilingual level of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus. Strong analytical capabilities, a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent executive communication skills are essential for success in this role.
