Growth Graduate Program
FeverUp is seeking top-performing recent graduates to join our Growth Graduate Program, designed to provide hands-on experience in strategy, analytics, and business impact. As part of Fever's Growth Team, you will utilize data analysis and market insights to support the execution of business strategies across all markets. Collaborating closely with team members from various countries, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how we expand our business and contribute to key projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement growth strategies, work on special projects aimed at improving key business metrics and optimizing operations, monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify growth opportunities, and provide support in creating reports and presentations for different stakeholders. Additionally, you will work across different markets and teams in an international atmosphere to establish and execute successful growth strategies.
The ideal candidate has recently graduated in a related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics with a strong interest in business strategy. A passion for data analysis and business strategy, comfort working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic analytical methods, strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian, Korean, or Portuguese is a plus.
