Growth Director
Monks is seeking a Growth Director to lead and expand our Shanghai office's business development efforts. This role is pivotal in driving new client acquisition and fostering existing relationships to achieve the company's growth objectives. The Growth Director will collaborate closely with the Shanghai Managing Director and market leadership to design and implement effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenues and expand the client base in target markets. The role involves accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, partnering with marketing and pre-sales teams to maximize opportunities, and identifying new business within current client relationships. Additionally, the Growth Director will build executive-level relationships with prospects and existing clients, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate bids and compelling value propositions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading a sales or partnership development organization. A proven track record of successfully negotiating deals at senior levels of major brands is essential, along with experience working alongside producers, creatives, and engineers. Strong business development skills, the ability to cultivate relationships with C-level executives, and proficiency in delivering exceptional presentations are also required.
