Growth Associate - New Business (STEM)
Fever is seeking a Growth Associate to join our New Business team in Madrid. This role is pivotal in driving the company's commercial strategy and managing high-impact partnerships across multiple markets. The Growth team is responsible for executing Fever's business strategy globally, ensuring partner performance aligns with expectations, and accelerating growth worldwide.
The Growth Associate will lead and oversee commercial agreements with strategic partners, working closely with General Managers to define and improve negotiation strategies. Key responsibilities include managing regions or verticals end-to-end, evaluating partnership feasibility through demand forecasting and pricing optimization, and identifying opportunities to scale partnerships across new geographies. The role also involves acting as the main point of contact between the Growth team and other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of professional experience in fields like strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic business development. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related quantitative discipline is required. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel modeling capabilities, and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities are essential. Professional fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
