The Group Product Manager, Growth & CRM role at Mindbody is an influential leadership position responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of growth and customer relationship management within the organization. Day-to-day, the Group Product Manager will own the roadmap for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement. They will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and other product managers to identify high-impact opportunities for expansion and engagement. Responsibilities also include leveraging analytics to uncover growth trends, shaping the CRM strategy to maximize user touchpoints, and regularly communicating key performance indicators and progress to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has significant experience leading growth and CRM-focused product teams, preferably at a SaaS or technology company. A strong track record in customer lifecycle management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional team leadership is essential. Additional qualifications include a deep understanding of product experimentation, measurement, and iterative testing as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience managing and mentoring product managers is highly valued.
