Group Product Manager | Financial Products
EBANX is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a squad within our Financial Products team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, manage a team of Product Managers, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Commercial, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions that expand EBANX’s product portfolio and generate new revenue streams.
Key responsibilities include defining and communicating a long-term roadmap for money-movement solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sustainable growth. You will manage and mentor Product Managers, set clear goals, and foster a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will convert market insights and user pain points into detailed specifications, guiding features from concept to launch with a focus on quality and scalability. Driving cross-functional initiatives and maintaining a transparent, data-driven roadmap are also essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of leading and developing Product Managers, building high-performing teams, and shipping revenue-generating financial products. Experience in payment processors, fintech startups, or other regulated financial institutions is required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, along with strong business acumen and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a unified vision.
