Group Product Manager, Customer Acquisition

Pearl is seeking a Group Product Manager for Customer Acquisition to lead a portfolio of high-impact B2C growth products and develop a team of Product Managers. This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Analytics teams to identify customer and business opportunities, translating them into strategies that enhance growth, conversion, profitability, and customer lifetime value. The position requires a hands-on leader capable of setting portfolio direction, coaching PMs, influencing senior-level decisions, and facilitating rapid movement from insights to measurable outcomes.
