The Graphic Designer Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project is a remote contract role offered by Invisible Agency, a company at the forefront of integrating design expertise with artificial intelligence. This position is tailored for experienced graphic designers eager to contribute to the evolution of AI by providing high-quality training data that enhances AI's understanding of visual creativity.

In this role, you will collaborate with advanced AI tools to review and refine model-generated design content. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing AI-generated graphics, evaluating composition and visual reasoning, annotating design errors, assessing typography and color usage, and working with the team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines.

Candidates must possess deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required. Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX-related work is valuable, and familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus. Additional skills in social media content creation, video editing, illustration, or photography are also beneficial. Clear communication, strong creative judgment, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

The compensation for this role ranges from $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined based on experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you will need to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
