Fever is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join its creative team, focusing on developing visual identities and campaigns that enhance the brand's global presence. This role requires operating on an early morning schedule, starting at 6:00 a.m., to align with the APAC market. The designer will collaborate closely with senior designers, strategists, and video editors to produce innovative visual solutions across various formats.

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and developing visual identities, campaigns, and assets aligned with brand marketing strategies. The designer will ensure visual consistency and quality across digital campaigns, paid media, print materials, on-site materials, and video content. Additionally, the role involves managing timelines and priorities across multiple projects, leading parts of the process, and supporting the team as needed.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of professional experience in high-level design or branding studios, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and digital prototyping software like Figma and Canva. Experience leading design projects from start to finish, knowledge of graphic and digital production techniques, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Familiarity with AI design tools and image generation is also desirable.
