TEAM

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

ROLE

The Voodoo Graduate Program compresses four years' worth of experience into 18 months. It offers an amazing opportunity to learn diverse growth skills to make you the Growth Leader of tomorrow.

You'll gain extensive knowledge of the mobile app and tech industries and develop essential skills like ownership and leadership.

The program lasts 18 months and includes 3 rotations of 6 months. Possible rotations include:

- Performance marketing: push the scale of mobile apps through user acquisition

- Creative strategy: design, test and iterate ads that drive installs and reduce acquisition costs

- Monetization: maximize revenue per user through ads, IAPs and retention mechanics

- Playables: showcase gameplay through interactive ads that increase conversion quality
