FeverUp is seeking creative professionals to join their Graduate Program - Creative Next Gen IA Video & Design in Madrid, Spain. This program is designed for individuals passionate about video, design, and storytelling, aiming to challenge and redefine current trends in digital marketing. Participants will be immersed in real projects, utilizing cutting-edge tools and AI to enhance creativity and efficiency.

In this role, you will create and adapt visual and video assets for digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities include pitching and prototyping new creative formats based on social platform insights, using AI tools to expedite the delivery of visuals and copy, and designing impactful video assets and static visuals. Additionally, you will help organize and maintain high-efficiency asset libraries across tools like Figma, LucidLink, and Cloudinary.

Candidates should have at least one year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation, including internships or freelance work. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and generative AI tools is required. A bachelor's degree in Film, Design, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and applicants must be based in Madrid.
