ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a results-driven Google User Acquisition Manager at one of Ruby Labs' fastest-growing companies. You'll manage substantial advertising budgets across 30+ regions, optimizing Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale.

This role is for someone ready to bring their expertise, work intensively, and grow with us. We need autonomous decision-makers who manage their path to success independently while preparing clear weekly strategies. You should take complete ownership of our ad accounts with meticulous attention to performance and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Peak Performance Execution: Deliver exceptional daily performance across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization across 30+ regions.

- Advanced Data Analysis & Autonomous Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth daily analysis of all campaign data, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover insights others miss. Utilize all available data to autonomously decide which countries and GEOs to scale, prioritizing maximum ROI and most effective budget allocation on a daily basis.

- Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and aggressively scale Google Ads campaigns while optimizing every aspect - keywords, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation - to consistently squeeze absolute maximum potential from every campaign....
