The Google Ads Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing large-scale, multi-channel Google Ads strategies aligned with Fever's business objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, managing significant budgets to maximize ROI, and applying advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies. Additionally, the role involves leading and mentoring junior PPC specialists, ensuring alignment with broader digital marketing initiatives, and staying ahead of industry trends to foster a culture of testing and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various formats, including Search, Discovery/Demand Gen, Display, Video, and Performance Max. Professional proficiency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. Candidates should possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, high accountability, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
