The Senior Programmatic Specialist at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), including DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP. This position involves close collaboration with regional teams in Europe and the United States to ensure the successful execution of client strategies.

Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns to drive performance and meet client objectives. The specialist will monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data insights to make informed optimization decisions. Additionally, the role involves producing comprehensive daily campaign reports, including pacing analysis and data input, and providing strategic recommendations to regional Media Activation teams. As the team grows, the specialist will also support quality assurance work for junior team members.

Candidates should have at least three years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, with proficiency in platforms such as DV360 or equivalent. A strong analytical mindset and a passion for deriving insights from data are essential. Adaptability to evolving campaign goals and priorities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and excellent communication skills are also required. Fluency in English and a minimum B1/B2 level in Polish are necessary, along with residency in Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.
