Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Global Tax Credits and Incentives Senior to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and implementing tax credit, incentive, and grant opportunities across all jurisdictions where Fever operates. The successful candidate will ensure that Fever systematically leverages available regimes, such as R&D credits, entertainment incentives, employment incentives, investment incentives, and innovation regimes, in a compliant, efficient, and scalable manner.

Key responsibilities include proactively identifying opportunities in existing and new markets, quantifying potential benefits, and prioritizing opportunities based on impact and feasibility. The role involves mapping and maintaining a global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes. Additionally, the candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation of tax credit and incentive projects, work with Finance and FP&A to integrate incentives into business cases, budgeting, and forecasting, and coordinate with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure ongoing compliance with incentive requirements. Monitoring changes in tax credit and incentive regimes globally and assessing their impact on Fever’s structure and expansion plans is also a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in tax incentives/credits, international tax, or related advisory roles within a Big 4 or top-tier firm or multinational group. Proven experience with R&D and innovation incentives, investment incentives, and/or employment-related tax credit regimes across multiple jurisdictions is essential. Strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to model and articulate the impact of incentives on cash flow, effective tax rate, and business cases, are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in other languages is considered a plus. A proactive, hands-on attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment are also key attributes for success in this role.
