Global Support Admin, HRIS
As an HRIS Support Admin at Monks, you will serve as the primary technical expert for Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless system operations. This role requires a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills to collaborate with various stakeholders in resolving complex issues and enhancing system processes. You will be responsible for entering Workday data on behalf of HR, making data changes or corrections, maintaining supervisory organizations, and handling HR-related inquiries and tickets.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support for Workday HCM modules, investigating and resolving system issues reported by end-users, and assisting with bi-annual system upgrades. You will develop and maintain documentation, enter and maintain accurate HR data, and respond to HR tickets related to Workday issues. Additionally, you will gather requirements for system enhancements, identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience as a Workday Administrator, with expertise in modules such as HCM, reporting, talent, absence, benefits, and compensation. Experience in providing technical support for enterprise applications, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent prioritization and time management skills are essential. Self-sufficiency and comfort working in a global company are also important. Preferred qualifications include experience with EIB/Mass upload and Workday Pro Certification.
