Global Support Admin, HRIS
As an HRIS Support Admin at Monks, you will serve as the primary technical expert for Workday HCM modules, ensuring seamless system operations. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders to resolve complex issues and enhance system processes. You will be responsible for entering Workday data on behalf of HR, making data changes or corrections, maintaining supervisory organizations, and handling HR-related inquiries and tickets.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support for Workday HCM modules, investigating and resolving system issues reported by end-users promptly. You will assist with bi-annual system upgrades, testing, and analyzing new features to ensure smooth transitions. Additionally, you will develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures, and serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, researching and assessing technology needs to deliver solutions that support operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience as a Workday Administrator, with expertise in modules such as HCM, reporting, talent, absence, benefits, and compensation. Experience providing technical support for enterprise applications, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent prioritization and time management skills are essential. Self-sufficiency and comfort working in a global company are also important. Preferred qualifications include experience with EIB/Mass upload and Workday Pro Certification.
