This role bridges finance, operations, and strategy, focusing on driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimizing performance metrics, and scaling global financial processes. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, automate workflows, and enable scalable decision-making across regions.
Key responsibilities include leading global strategic finance initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and operational efficiency. The role involves designing and implementing scalable financial and operational systems across multiple business units and markets. Collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering teams is essential to develop automated tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that support executive decision-making. Additionally, the position requires driving continuous process improvement across financial workflows, integrating automation and data validation to reduce manual effort and error.
The ideal candidate will have a STEM background with high achievement results and be fluent in English and Spanish. Outstanding analytical skills, good business sense, and a strategic mindset are essential. Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and self-motivation are required. Excellent communication skills and relationship management abilities are important. Previous experience in investment banking or consulting is a plus. The candidate should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments, with 1-6 years of previous working experience.
