Global Payroll Implementation Specialist EMEA/LATAM
As a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist for EMEA and LATAM regions, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients onto Remote's Global Payroll platform. This position is part of the Global Payroll Implementation team, dedicated to ensuring seamless and compliant payroll solutions for international clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for payroll customers, managing the end-to-end implementation process. Key responsibilities include analyzing client payroll requirements, configuring Remote's payroll system, coordinating parallel payroll runs, reconciling wage-based taxes, verifying statutory compliance, and facilitating a smooth transition to the Payroll Operations team. Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders is essential to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in global payroll implementation, with a strong understanding of statutory tax regulations and payroll processing. Proficiency in payroll operations, accounting reconciliations, and data management is required. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and the capacity to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment are also essential.
