Global Mobility Specialist (Bangkok Based)
The Global Mobility Specialist position at Agoda is based in Bangkok and forms part of the company's dynamic Human Resources team. Key responsibilities of the Global Mobility Specialist include end-to-end management of international assignments, relocations, and transfers, ensuring all immigration, tax, and compliance requirements are met. The specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and coordinate with vendors and internal departments on logistics, policy administration, and documentation. Day-to-day work includes advising on visa and work permit processes, supporting short- and long-term assignments, and handling onboarding for international hires.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and prior experience in international mobility, HR, immigration, or a related field, preferably within a multinational environment. Strong communication and organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Experience working with global mobility policies, as well as familiarity with relevant legal and compliance matters, is highly valued.
