In this role, you will enhance the firm's intake process by serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing an empathetic experience, and supporting the intake process. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls during business hours, supporting consultation scheduling, assisting with clerical tasks such as mailing and document management, and operating within firm systems like ESI VoIP, Clio, and Clio Grow. As you become established, there is potential to take on more significant responsibilities, such as lead qualification and operational support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, a proactive and empathetic approach to client interactions, strong organizational skills, and technical proficiency with VoIP systems, Clio, Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to new platforms. A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable home-working environment are required, along with the ability to work consistently during the firm's U.S. business hours. Patience, empathy, problem-solving skills, and flexibility are also essential.
