Global Legal Assistant

Pete Olson Injury Law is seeking a dedicated Global Legal Assistant to enhance our legal drafting processes and support our mission of advocating for injured clients across Tennessee. With over three decades of experience, our firm specializes in personal injury law, including cases involving car accidents and medical malpractice. We are committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting initial complaints for 10-20 new cases monthly using provided templates, converting complaints into Requests for Admissions, and assisting with motion drafting and responses. Your duties will also include conducting legal research to support pleadings, summarizing medical records for case preparation, and assisting with dictation drafting to optimize the litigation workflow.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced paralegal experience or a foreign law degree with a strong emphasis on legal drafting. You should demonstrate the ability to draft structured and precise legal documents independently, manage a high volume of work efficiently while maintaining quality standards, and have a strong command of written and spoken English. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and comfort working within structured processes and templates.
