Responsibilities include owning decisions within the growth team, implementing high-impact projects, and collaborating with teams across up to 40 countries. The position reports directly to the global growth director.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or strategy. Proven experience in leading teams or key projects, excellent interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to strategic decisions are essential. Advanced proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
