Global Distribution Center Associate

Eurofins is seeking a Global Distribution Center Associate to manage the logistics of research and development materials at our Richland laboratory. This role is integral to ensuring the safe and compliant transportation of materials, supporting our mission to provide high-quality analytical testing services across various industries.

Key responsibilities include executing proper packaging and labeling of research materials for ground and air transport, managing specimens in a GLP-compliant environment, maintaining chain of custody for biological specimens, and ensuring compliance with IATA, DOT, EPA, and internal regulations. The associate will also keep accurate records of hazardous material shipments and serve as the site contact for contracted courier services.

Candidates should possess IATA Training Certification or be willing to obtain it, along with 49 CFR Parts 100-185 U.S. D.O.T. HAZMAT Certification. Strong written and communication skills, 2-3 years of experience in transportation, distribution, or logistics (preferably within a laboratory setting), high attention to detail, good time management, and a customer service-oriented approach are essential. Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship is required.
