Global Client Partner - VP
The Global Client Partner - VP at Monks is a senior executive role responsible for managing and expanding a flagship technology account headquartered in Cupertino. This position involves serving as the primary relationship manager and business development leader, focusing on strategy, revenue growth, margin expansion, and client satisfaction. The role requires exceptional consultative skills, deep knowledge of the technology sector, and a proven track record in driving large-scale transformation and innovation.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a multi-year account growth strategy aligned with the client's technology roadmap and business objectives. The VP will own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and budget management. Additionally, the role involves identifying and closing new opportunities across consulting, digital engineering, AI/ML, cloud, Marcom, and managed services, as well as leading complex deal negotiations to achieve profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive client-facing leadership experience in technology services, consulting, or digital transformation. Proven success in managing a $50M+ annual account P&L with consistent double-digit growth is essential. A deep understanding of technology ecosystems—including cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, product engineering, and platform services—is required, along with exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
Monks offers a competitive executive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $230,000 to $260,000, performance bonuses, and equity options.
