Global Business Development
Eurofins BLC, a division of Eurofins Scientific, is seeking a Global Business Development professional to promote and sell our core services across international markets. Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, ensuring product safety and authenticity. Eurofins BLC specializes in testing and consulting within the Softlines and Leather division, offering targeted solutions throughout the supply chain.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and engaging potential new customers globally. Responsibilities include promoting and selling all analytical and performance testing services, cross-selling training and membership services, and delivering presentations as needed. You will also respond to incoming web inquiries, follow up effectively to maximize conversion, and represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a chemistry or science-related discipline or proven experience in technical/testing service sales. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to quickly build rapport and convey complex information clearly and confidently. A driven, positive, and enthusiastic individual with experience in sales and customer service is desired. Self-motivation, resilience, and proactivity in identifying opportunities and solving problems are key attributes. Willingness and ability to travel to client sites both nationally and internationally when required are also necessary.
