The Global Agency Partnerships Lead at Canva plays a pivotal role in scaling the company's enterprise reach by collaborating with a network of world-class agencies. This position is integral to the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, focusing on driving awareness, generating growth opportunities, and facilitating the adoption of Canva's services through strategic agency partnerships. The role is based in San Francisco, United States, with flexibility in work arrangements to empower team members to achieve their goals effectively.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the strategy, design, and evolution of Canva's global agency program, encompassing engagement models, partner tiers, playbooks, and performance frameworks aligned with the company's broader GTM strategy. The lead will take ownership of key agency programs, transitioning them from concept to active pilots with clear timelines and measurable outcomes. Additionally, the position involves building and developing a portfolio of agency partners aligned with Canva Enterprise priorities across various services, balancing geographic reach, specialization, and commercial impact.

The ideal candidate should have a background in SaaS, enterprise software, digital platforms, or agency ecosystems, with experience working with agencies, consultancies, or service partners in a commercial or strategic capacity. A strong understanding of enterprise GTM strategies, including pipeline generation, sales cycles, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion, is essential. Expertise in working with service partners that support onboarding, implementation, or adoption programs is also required. The role demands commercial instincts paired with operational rigor, comfort with CRM systems, reporting, account mapping, and metrics, as well as experience working across multiple regions or in global teams with regional execution models. Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this position.

Canva offers a comprehensive benefits package, including equity packages to share in the company's success, health benefits plans to support employee well-being, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution, an inclusive parental leave policy supporting all parents and carers, and an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support well-being, social connection, office setup, and more. Flexible leave options are also available, empowering employees to take time to recharge and support personal needs.

Canva fosters a dynamic and inclusive company culture that values fairness and strives to provide competitive, market-informed compensation while ensuring internal equity within the team. The company celebrates all types of skills and backgrounds, encouraging applications from individuals who may not feel their skills perfectly match the listed qualifications. With a mission to redefine how the world experiences design, Canva offers growth opportunities and a collaborative environment for professionals looking to make a significant impact.
