Your opportunity:
As Sales Lead, DACH, you will own and scale one of Leapsome’s most strategic go-to-market motions. Reporting to the Global VP of Sales, you’ll lead and grow a Berlin-based team of Account Executives (High-Velocity/VSB, SMB, Mid-Market), starting with 4 AEs and expanding throughout 2026.
This is a true leadership role with full ownership of hiring, coaching, forecasting, and quota attainment. You’ll shape how we build a high-performance, AI-enabled sales engine in DACH — driving revenue growth and scaling our HRIS strategy in a core market.
