The General Manager - Nordics at Fever is a pivotal role responsible for launching and managing Fever's presence in the Nordic region. This position involves building and leading a local team, establishing relationships with event organizers, and driving business development efforts to expand Fever's footprint in the market.

Key responsibilities include setting up an initial network of event organizer relationships and the local sales process, hiring and managing the local team, leading strategic business development initiatives, and coordinating sales and marketing efforts with senior leadership. The General Manager will also represent Fever at local events and public relations activities, report on quarterly performance goals, and collaborate with headquarters to communicate product and process needs.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in consulting, operational management, or general management, with a proven track record of managing impactful projects and achieving business goals. Strong analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and excellent networking skills are essential. An entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and fluency in English and Danish are required.
