Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and leading and mentoring teams across various departments. The General Manager will also be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the legal technology or software industry is required. Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation are essential.
