General Management Traineeship (Milieu BE)

Eurofins is seeking ambitious individuals for its General Management Traineeship, a two-year program designed to cultivate future leaders within the company. Trainees will engage in diverse projects across various Eurofins locations, gaining comprehensive experience in operational, commercial, and financial domains. Participants will undertake four distinct projects, with at least two focusing on Business Development and Operations. Responsibilities include implementing innovative systems, developing new business models, and overseeing acquisitions. Trainees will collaborate with different teams, manage stakeholders, and drive complex processes to successful outcomes.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Essential qualities include strong analytical skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is required.
