General Management Traineeship (Milieu BE)

Eurofins is seeking ambitious individuals for its General Management Traineeship within the Environmental sector in Belgium. This two-year program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing comprehensive exposure to various facets of the company's operations. Trainees will be based primarily in Nazareth and Merelbeke, with opportunities to undertake projects in the Netherlands, offering a dynamic and international work environment.

Participants will engage in four distinct projects, focusing on Business Development and Operations. Responsibilities include implementing innovative systems, developing new business models, and overseeing acquisitions. The program emphasizes hands-on experience across different Eurofins locations, ensuring a broad understanding of the company's diverse operations.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Essential qualities include strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex processes. Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is mandatory for this role.
