Eurofins is seeking ambitious individuals for its General Management Traineeship in the Agro sector, designed to cultivate future leaders within the organization. This two-year program offers a fast-track to managerial roles, providing comprehensive exposure to various facets of the company. Trainees will engage in dynamic and diverse projects across multiple Eurofins locations in the Netherlands, gaining operational, commercial, and financial responsibilities from the outset.

Participants will undertake four distinct projects, with at least two focusing on Business Development and Operations. These projects may include implementing innovative systems, developing new business models, and overseeing acquisitions. The program emphasizes a hands-on approach, allowing trainees to directly influence the company's growth and operational strategies.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Technical Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. Essential qualities include strong analytical skills, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage stakeholders and complex processes effectively. Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement for this role.
