General Liability Pre Suit Attorney

In this role, the Pre-Suit Attorney will handle all pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. The attorney will manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, focusing on personal injury cases, primarily general liability. Additional responsibilities include completing the Flip-to-Lit approval, managing the release approval process, and ensuring compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs) among the team.

Candidates should possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and a self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals are essential. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are also necessary, with a desire to become part of a trial team.
