General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

In this role, the attorney will handle all pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, guiding clients through the case process, and overseeing settlement negotiations. Additional responsibilities include managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and conducting examinations under oath (EUOs), personal injury protection (PIP) statements, and recorded statements.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Missouri and Illinois State Bar Associations. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as well as superior writing and oral advocacy abilities. A desire to become part of a trial team is also important.
