General Liability Associate Attorney

Wilson Elser is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our dynamic litigation team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will independently manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Responsibilities also encompass attending court hearings, depositions, and mediations, as well as collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments and offices to ensure cohesive case management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Florida. A minimum of two years of defense litigation experience is required, with a preference for experience in general liability, premises, transportation, or insurance matters. Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in drafting discovery and pretrial motions. Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trials is advantageous.
