ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Inside HCP Sales Evaluator to review and assess HCP-facing Voice AI sales interactions. In this contractor role, you will listen to and interact with AI-led sales calls and evaluate whether the agent communicates effectively, handles objections appropriately, and operates within expected commercial and compliance standards.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pharma sales or inside/virtual sales, who understands what effective selling to HCPs sounds like and is comfortable making judgment calls on sales quali...
