ABOUT SUPERDIAL:
SuperDial is building the next generation of AI-powered voice technology — automating and enhancing enterprise communication through real-time conversation intelligence and data-driven automation. We recently raised our Series B and are entering the next phase of scale as we continue expanding our enterprise footprint and AI platform capabilities.
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly hands-on, business-oriented General Counsel to build and lead SuperDial’s legal function during a pivotal stage of growth. This is a foundational leadership role for someone who thrives as a true player-coach — equally comfortable operating as a strategic advisor to leadership and rolling up their sleeves to handle day-to-day legal execution.
You will personally own and drive a broad range of legal matters across commercial contracting, healthcare compliance, employment, governance, fundraising support, and operational risk management, while building the systems and processes needed to scale the company responsibly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (IMMEDIATE & LONG-TERM):
FIRST 30–60 DAYS:
- Audit current legal, compliance, and contracting processes
- Review enterprise customer agreements, vendor contracts, employment documentation, BAAs, and IP protections
- Build relationships across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Leadership
- Assess key legal and operational risks across healthcare, AI, privacy, and enterprise software
- Begin standardizing commercial agreement templates and negotiation workflows
- Establish outside counsel management processes and legal prioritization framework
90–120 DAYS:
- Personally draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, BAAs, and employment-related documentation
- Build scalable legal review, approval, and contracting processes to support rapid enterprise growth
