Human Agency is seeking a General Counsel to oversee the legal function across its expanding portfolio of companies. This role involves designing and maintaining a coherent legal structure, managing fund formation and investment work, leading transactions and acquisitions, and ensuring tax-aware structuring. The General Counsel will also handle commercial contracts and intellectual property, as well as governance and compliance matters.
