Oklo is seeking engineers and professionals to join our fuel recycling team as we prepare to deploy the first modern U.S. fuel recycling facility. This initiative requires expertise in design, research and development, program management, operations, physical protection, safeguarding, and material control and accounting. Key responsibilities include contributing to the design and development of advanced fuel recycling technologies, managing and executing research and development projects, overseeing operational processes, ensuring physical protection and safeguarding measures, and maintaining accurate material control and accounting. Team members will collaborate across disciplines to solve complex technical challenges and drive the deployment of innovative solutions.

Candidates should possess a strong passion for clean energy and advanced fission technologies, demonstrate motivation to build and deploy technology, and exhibit the ability to learn quickly and think creatively. Experience in design, R&D, program management, operations, or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a detail-oriented and collaborative approach.

Oklo offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $175,000, flexible time off, equity options, 401(k) plans, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and flexible work hours. Remote employees are required to travel to our Santa Clara, CA headquarters twice per quarter, with in-person attendance during the first two weeks of onboarding.
