As a Gaming Insights Analyst at Betsson Group, you will collaborate with the Head of Gaming Insights and Senior Gaming Insight Analyst to provide valuable product and commercial insights to regional teams. Your primary focus will be on data reporting and analysis to drive additional commercial value for the business. This role involves maintaining and updating key performance indicator (KPI) reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to facilitate performance reviews of both commercial regions and providers.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance of comprehensive KPI reports and collaborating with various departments to create and communicate reports, dashboards, and insights on customer experience and gaming performance. You will identify product market gaps and highlight them to relevant stakeholders for improvement and optimization. Regularly reviewing game performance, including new and exclusive games, supplier benchmarks, and competitor product reviews, is essential to ensure the company remains competitive. Additionally, you will present monthly product and commercial reviews to regional teams with actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue and support Quarterly Business Reviews with game suppliers to maximize business value.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, a strong passion for data, and a solid understanding of casino games. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Snowflake is required, with experience in Power BI or similar visualization tools being advantageous. Competence in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus, as is knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
